If i select "S3" manually it gives me two options. A major service or interim service. Which one do i select? or do i need both?

Last Oil Change Service was in January 2019. Last Inspection with dust and pollen filter was in April 2018. So does that mean i need to have the oil change service by january and the inspection by april?

I know i'm due for spark plugs at 40k anyway, and pollen and dust filters by April again.

Sorry to Hijack, but seeing "Watford Audi" made my blood boil! Watford Audi ruined my Drivers side rear door and bumper by lowering the car onto a tool box during a routine Service,
They were appalling and incredibly rude in solving the issue too. 4 returns to their bodyshop (BMW) and its still not right!

BTW Peterborough Audi - £265 for Oil and inspection Service on my S3.

I'm with you matey - I had a Q5 and Watford said that because I went indie for service they must've removed this cap stopping the washer fluid as it was draining out as soon as I topped up. They told me this would involve removing the front bumper; I find it hard to believe that the indie (a very reputable VAG specialist in St Albans) in the few hours they had my car, removed the front bumper just to remove this cap!
In the end they agreed to reduce the charge (I thought it was covered under manufacturer warranty so told them to go ahead) to one hour labour 'only' so cost me around £150 to get a plastic cap put on!
By the way, my current issue isn't with them as I went elsewhere after this 'lovely' experience at Watford, even though it's 5 mins from my house...

They're quoting £375 for a "major service".

"As requested the price for the Major Service is £375 inc VAT, the Major Service includes:

Air Filter Replacement
Spark Plug Replacement
Oil Filter Replacement
Draining Oil
Re – Filling Oil
Full inspection
Screen Wash Top Up
Road Test With Technician"

Audi West London won't price match and have instead suggestee I pay £680 over 6 months.

That's in line with Audi's website I sent you, fixed price servicing for cars over 3 years old.

Not sure what West London are on about...
