Interesting 2 videos I came across by accident.

Makes logical sense to me and less flaffing about with buckets. Will obviously need one for wheels though.
I have been using the multi mitt method for a while now, but just couldnt get enough soap down. This seems the solution to replace the bucket but still use the multi mitt method. I would still snow foam the car first as usual though.
An alternative to using the foam for the shampoo is to mix the shampoo in a spray bottle (Car Craft Auto Detailing) - again probably even easier than the above with multi mitts and dare I say both safer on the paint ?

I will give it all a go on the weekend, not sure about the wheels either, might just do them the old fashioned way lol

Second video proposes an interesting method, spraying the solution onto the mitt directly. I will give it a go this weekend, weather and toothache permitting.

Personally i think it would be easier just to use the foam lance for both
