Need advice b8 rs4

Hi just brought a Audi rs4 2013 and when you drive it in dynamic mode it's fine until you put your foot off the gas pedal and the revs come between 2/3 then it gives an automatic rev taking it to over 3 and a slight judder to the car was wound wondering if anyone has had any issue

Sounds like the blipping of the throttle to match the revs on downshifts. The car does this in dynamic mode to keep you in optimum revs
