N249 Open Circuit

Did a scan and got this, would this be the cause of my turbo not kicking in correctly in certain gears? Also I checked it was plugged in and it was, Anyone have an idea of how I can find where the circuit breaks?

Have you googled the code?
Check the wires too, I dont think there is a code for a dodgy n75, may be wrong though

Yeah I've googled it, a lot of people's just wernt plugged in, we're do the wires go? They seem to disappear behind a few things, are they easy accessible?
