Hi folks, I fitted my mudflaps today. I didnt take pictures as i did it but the instructions provided were easy enough to follow. The front you can see where the mudflaps attach to . Just have to remove 2 Torx bolts from the inner arch liner and one from the under sill. Before you can remove the one from the sill, you have to break off the rubber seal that is covering the bolt. Here is pictures of the front drivers side fitted, passenger side is the exact same. Front flaps : The Back flaps were just as easy to follow using the instructions. Remove on torx bolt and fit the flap, drill hole for second torx, and drill hole on the underside of the bumper for a plastic panel clip. Rear Flaps: And a final picture of both flaps on the car. My car is a 2011 BE S-Line quattro. Hope this helps in future for folks who want to know if and how they fit mudflaps.
I got these off ebay. The part numbers are 8P3-075-101 and 8P3-075-111. This is the link to the ebay add. Audi A3 (3 Door) & A3 Cab - Mudflap Set (Front & Rear) | eBay
Nice work there.I did the same to my car last year and have always wondered way Audi state the mudflaps will not fit the S-line body kit as it has caused many people to ask on these threads if they do and as we have proved they do.
Sorry to hijack the thread but I have a set for sale. They are from a 2010 S Line Sportback. Will be advertising them soon.
I picked up front and rear pairs today from Plymouth Audi - £50 the lot. I won't be drilling the rear bumper when i fit mine - will go with some double sided instead ,just in case i decide to remove them at a later date.
I think they would look better if they blended in higher up the arch. Anyone got a A3 silver s-line with these fitted and colour coded that would like to post up some images? Thanks. Tony
Kevin, They where the standard 18'' Audi rotors. I now have the 18'' 7 double spoke alloys as in my profile picture.
