MMI NAV Not Working

Hi, I very new to this and have recently picked up a 2012 A7 3.0 TDI. I assumed that the nav was all installed and ready to go but no such luck. When I go into mmi version Information it says RMC_EU_P11474
Bluetooth version 3.22.6
Can anyone tell me how or what I need to do to get this up and running please?

The "RMC" bit means it's the SD card based nav system. Is there a maps SD card installed?

There is no sd card. Where can I get one from?

I believe they are coded to match the vehicle, may be worth asking the dealers, will probably be expensive.
