MMI issue with sound

Hi forum,
In my Audi A3 I have a problem when I start the car the sound is not good. When I get more volume the sound is not pure.
When I restart the MMI the sound is perfect. I turn the car of and start it again the sound is bad again.
I concluded that when the MMI is not starting when I start the car the sound is bad.
Has anyone experience with this issue?
