MMI connect phone app vs myaudi web

any clues here appreciated.

MMI app on iphone connects to car remotely . Works fine . Can get the status . Never had WiFi working in car.

When I log in to myaudi, it shows my car, but tells me Audi connect not setup. But I have all online services in the car (news, maps have updated etc..), . The myaudi portal keeps telling me I need to enter the pin.

Is something missing here ?

That pin is in a plastic shield provided with the keys of the car, you scratch that and reveal the pin.

Thanks.. I’ve entered two pins .. the 8 digit one on my Audi and the code on the plastic shield... been workin* for a year, but no accordin* to myaudi !
