MMI 2019 sound settings

Hi guys

got an issue with menu on sound settings, surround level doesn't show up in menu neither does fader for rear speakers....only front or All. Also subwoofer volume doesn't show up either although it does have one in spare wheel well. any ideas? Thanks

I think an MMI update is required.

I was thinking that even though it's a late 2019 model?
