Loose external trim

Hi everyone
The grey plastic trim at the base of the wing behind the driver's door is loose. I'm sure you all know which bit of trim I'm referring to but just in case, here's a pic (sorry about the unecessarily large size - couldn't work out how to make it smaller):

I've had a good look at it but can't for the life of me work out how to tighten it - it looks like a bolt has come loose. Anyone any ideas?

Its an M4 bolt you need,I had the one on my door come loose and it was the same.think you'd have to get to the other side via the wheel arch

is that the same trim on a 97 1.8? i cant find a part number for it, also are they rubber or plastic as id like mine colour coded. cheers
