Trying to fit these to my 03 plate to freshin up the front lights with my hids but they just flash on and off is there anyway round this to get them to work??

Yes, you have to fit some loads resistors as the car thinks there is a problem with the bulbs. You'll need something like a 10/15w load resistor for the sidelights and if I remember rightly something around 10ohm (but I can't remember 100%). Do a search on the forums (RS4 forum as someone did it only a few weeks ago on a sprint blue RS4)
