key problem

hi all just got my first audi 2 days ago. both keys wont unlock the doors I have re done the keys with the stuff I have found on the net but still the same had it scanned by a m8 and it came up with this error 00955 key1 adaption limit exceeded any one help me? thanks

Try clearing the matched keys first

Then match your keys
