Just wanted to highlight a great garage !!! I was referred to john austins as my audi a4 2.5 tdi sport 2004 had done 80000 miles and audi stealers bury st edmunds had quoted me £1550 to have a main service and cambelt and water pump service ! .John austin quoted me £880 for everything using genuine parts which also included two drive rollers and a new drive belt and included a courtesy car. Paul kept us informed throughout the day and even gave me the old parts back to show me the wear on them without me even asking him too.
