Intermittent wipers not working?!

2008 TTS. They swipe once whenever the intermittent switch is used but then do nothing after that.

I don’t think I have auto wipers, I’ll get some photos up shortly of my windscreen and rear view mirror.

The wipers themselves do actually work on any setting other than intermittent so does that mean the motor is OK? Could it be the stalk?

I’ve read that retrofitting Xenons can cause the motor to break, my car does have Xenons but I don’t know if they’ve been retrofitted or not.

Never mind, my car never came with a manual so I’ve been looking at a PDF of an American manual I think, I think I misread it and my car does actually have automatic wipers. I’ll go test it shortly with some water
