Instrument cluster not working and car not starting

Hi. My A3 1.6tdi 2010 has sat for a couple week and now the cluster is showing no life and the immobiliser seems to be kicking in so start then cuts out immediately. Windows don’t seem to work either. I sent the clocks away to ecu testing they found no faults but we got them to repair the common fault anyway! All of the fuses seem to be good too. Anyone come across the same problem

Sounds like your battery is shot.

Had a meter on battery is sitting at 12v and it seems like there is plenty life when it’s turning over! Would it be worth trying jump leads on it?
