Indicator Lights Stuck!!

Guys

Help!!

For some reason my indicator lights are stuck. Basically the indicator lights work but rather than blinking they remain on permanantly when I indicate and dont flash.

Does anyone know what the problme could be for this?

Does it happen on both sides ?

To start with i would look at these!

if only one then check your bulbs common is a bulb failure.

Else could be the Relay behind the hazard switch which also seems to be common.

Else loose connection in the indicator bulbs or holders.

Hi ,had the same fault with my 2001 a6 turned out to be the hazard switch combined relay as mentioned by urban, only £30 odd from main dealer, easy to fit, just carefully pull out and push new one in
