How do I know which rear bumper?

Hi, daft question.

Just picked up a 2018 Avant this morning and playing golf/ice hockey/ 2 kids and a dog I don't want the bumper scratching so I was planning on buying an abs bumper protector. Been looking on eBay and there's 2 options for the 2018 bumper. Is there anyway of identifying which I have?

What two options do you get? Is it pre and post face lift?

I've bit the bullet after a wife nagging at me and just bought one listed as 2018. I'll have to send it back if not. But thanks for the reply
