Quick one I hope. My high beam is flickering occasionally. Sometimes I flick it on and its fine, other times it flickers, the lights stay on but it drops from high beam to dipped, seems also to be the drivers side, any ideas? Is it the ballast or the flapper motor in the headlamp? Both bulbs have been changed and seem ok..
