Help with overboost issue, PLEASE!

Ok, so coil light came up on my vehicle with DPF light with car going into limp mode.

Fault code read: P0234 & P2563

I have tried the following:

• New N75 installed. No change
• New actuator. No Change
• New Turbo & DPF 5 Stage clean. No Change
• Wiring loom tested. No fault found
• ECU VAG software update completed. No Change
• New ECU. No Change
• New MAP sensor. No Change

Boost at idle is reading 1 Bar in pressure and going over the Max overboost pressure to 3 Bar when revved stationary.

Can anyone advise of what to look at doing/replacing next to overcome this issue?
