help please RNS-E problem

my screen is showing in red that cd/dvd is unreadable meaning the sat nav disc as it is playing the cds when i open unit to eject dvd it wont eject and unit wont close again it still plays cds and radio but screen wont go back up thanks in advance for any help its a 2006 a4 cab that its in

Well, after reading that post a few times I think you have a bad navigation disk and you will need a new one!

how do you get the disc out if it wont eject and would that stop the screen from going back into position

all good went back into car screen had closed back up opened it again ejected disc cleaned it put it back in and evreything is working very strange but who cares its working again

Sorry I did not understand your first post. The only way to get the disk out would be to remove the RNS-E and open the top and try to see if you can free the mechanisum, otherwise take it to a car audio shop and see if they can help.
