I’m hoping this finds its way to the eyes of an electrical guru because I’m stumped!
I’ll start from the beginning so you get a full history.
I fitted an after market roof antenna about six months ago to get decent radio reception. Did a decent job and looks stock, when I fitted it I took power from the boot interior light. All worked fine although I got a faint clicking noise coming from behind the glove box until you started the engine.
A couple of weeks ago I lost all interior lights (convenience lights as Audi call them) everything else is fine and the little red lights come on when you turn on the headlights to. I’ve checked fuses and metered the fuse box and there’s power going through the fuses but not getting to the lights.
Any ideas anyone? My next port of call is going to a main stealer to get them to look for codes but I’m trying to avoid that.
