Hello,

I’ve done a bit of searching but can’t find a definitive answer for my issue.

I have a 2007 A4 and my heating won’t get warm on normal operation.

I’ve tried all the settings and can’t work it out.

The car gets to temp normally and stays there.

I’ve had the car plugged in to a snap on computer and when it got to the heating setting it blew red hot air out the vents!

What could it possibly be if the vents do blow hot air? The flaps can’t be stuck?

My next idea is to change the control unit? Or can anyone think of something else to try before that?

Thanks :icon thumright:

It might be the heating control unit not working as you say, as its dual climate control have tried the heating on each side seperately.

That’s going to have to be my next option to try I think.

I’ve tried getting one side to blow hot and one side to blow cold but they are both around the same temp.

I’ll have to try the control unit and hope it’s that or I’ll be stuck with 2 units :tearsofjoy:
