Hi,
Just fixed my aunty's A4 B8 heating, new blower motor, resistor and actuator. All that works great, however when you switch the car off, after about 10 seconds the heater blower motor comes back on for about 30 seconds.

It does it with the key in, key out and even when you are out of the car and its locked.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Thanks

Could this be a residual heat feature? If it is and you've got the applicable climate control system etc then there should be a way to activate/deactivate it. Could be in the manual?

Hi,

Did you manage to find the solution for this? Or is it the residual heat function as mentioned by SiPie?
