Headunit fit

Hi all hope someone can help.

I have an Android headunit which I had in my A4 B7 and kept hold of it.

Tried slotting it into a double din cage which already has the double din climate unit slotted in.

Problem is I always thought the sides were an issue and needed trimming but the height does not fit and it appears to need trimming by a centimetre or so.

Has anybody come across or have any advice on this issue please?

My advice would be to use the search as this has been covered before... in fact I believe there was a member that did a step by step of fitting an android unit.. I have covered this also in my build thread when I retro fitted an RNS-E in to my car..

Typically you need to trim the sides a little and the bottom of the bezel a bit more... there are pictures in my thread
