Think this is the optional kit on a TDi. Not a good rear shot. On the 3.0 the rear apron wraps around the twin exhausts.A4 with optional kit

As for 19" ... not sure ... probably look great, but would be at the expense of comfort, ride and road noise.

I compromised with 18".

There was 2 others on here that I'm aware of that had the kit on saloons, one of them is "Smanning" with a black one. My TDi avant has the exhausts totally hidden, I presume its the same with the saloon.
