H7 LED upgrade! Anyone?

I have been searching a lot regarding LED upgrade for my halogen headlights.

I have upgraded to Phillips Xtreme Night Vision but I still don't think it has changed much. At night I do need more light output.

LED technology has been improving quite a lot over the last year, so, I believe that someone as tried something good recently.

HID is out of the question.

Apparently, there is now some LED bulbs that will have a good light output with no fan or ballast and giving a safe light pattern for other drivers.

Any recommenndation?

I have OPT7 LED bulbs fitted to my Leon and they're fantastic. On straight away and bright. Not toooooo much spread. I get no one flashing anyway.
They are fanned though, my only worry at this time of the year. Is the lack of heat from the bulb to clear ice off the lights.
