Guidance on negotiation on a new S3 with Audi NZ/AU ?!

Hello all

I live in New Zealand, and looking at ordering an S3 from my local Audi dealer.

We all know that VW group in general (and Audi specifically) adds huge margin when the cars come into New Zealand.

Unfortunately, there are no car on any yard with the spec I require, so it is very likely that we’ll have to put in an order.

My query:

• Have you recently purchased an Audi new in New Zealand/Australia?
• And what was your negotiating experience?
• What is the general margin % that I’m likely to be able to shave off?
