Yeah. The end with the head on that affixes to the bolt on the roof rack has a mark on it. The handle and part of the shaft twists with an arrow offset slightly to the left only about 2 or 3 mm apart. As you tighten to the right or clockwise the arrows line up under pressure. Both are 6 nm but, I suspect the margin for error or overtightening is quite large given the small distance required to reach the 6 nm. I don't have a torque wrench to see how accurate they are but, I've never had a problem.
