Some of you may know this website as the guys who are famous for the dewipering of VAG vehicles.
I thought they had quite a good reputation, as I know people who have ordered from them before..
Well, my experience was less than satisfactory.
To sum it up, I ordered my glass bung, heard nothing for a month and a half, during which time I had sent them 3 emails. No answer to any of them. Had to to open PayPal dispute. About half an hour after I done this I received an email from them saying my order had been cancelled. No other dialogue other than a generic order cancelled email.
Still waiting on my money back!!
