hi, i have a 2001 a3 tdi, if i start the engine with the car in reverse, it makes a grinding rattly noise and stalls. if i start in neutral its fine, also when cold it sometimes grinds a bit going into reverse. i think the clutch is ok it bites in about the right place. any ideas what it could be? cheers
