Forge DV- HELP ?!?!?!

About a year ago i bought a forge 007 DV (from the classified apparrently unused) & recently i ve been having problems with the S3 ( http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/showthread.php?t=52020 ) I have so far resorted to re-installing the standard BOSCH DV which has improved the situation & cleaned the MAF with some electrical conntact cleaner. Anyway on examination of the forge DV i ve noticed if i push the piston (from the bottom) all the way up & place my finger over the vacum pipe it seems to be leaking, on release of the vacum pipe the piston must travel say 3-5mm which seems very little.

Is it possible to get new seals ? is there a servicing guide for this product ?.

i just did mine tonight, regreased and replaced piston, replaced spring and new seals

Where did you get the pistons, seals & spring ?

Forge are renowned for great customer service, just give them a ring. Shouldn't cost a great deal you may even get one FOC.
