Flat bottom wheel upgrade

hi lads, wanting to change from my standard wheel in my 07 a5 3.0 Quattro too a flat bottom one, wanting to plug and play really, my car has Bluetooth and sat nav etc , my current wheel doesn't have the nav buttons, so if I buy one with the nav buttons will this work with the sat nav? A couple of links or tips and advice will really help out as I'm stuck which to buy! Thanks Jack

Have a look at Ash187's build thread - he's just done that mod to his.

You could pm him Ash187 - he does retrofits, London based I believe.
