Felt/padding around door frame replacement

Just wondering if its possible to replace the slightly fuzzy padding found around the door/window frames as the on the rear doors it has perished a bit and is coming off in clumps... without having to buy entire replacement frames. Don't even know what to call it so apologies for the vague post! Thanks!

Looks like you'll have to replace the whole seal or 'Window Guide' as it's called on here:
