fault codes need help

hi guys fitted new coil pack harness today,engine seems to run fine but wind screen wipers and washers stop working, did a scan with vcds lite this is what it gave me.cant post a pic wont let me upload for some reason.try again to upload if i can.

17608/P1200/004608 - Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249): Mechanical Malfunction

This is the ECU trying to open the dump valve as it needs to bleed boost due to thinking there is a problem and can't... this fault is because of either a faulty DV or an N249 bypass and is typically symptomatic of another issue

...these two are related and suggests wiring faults or possibly a faulty ABS unit...

Clear them and see what comes back

thks <tuffty/> cleared them went for quick spin rescanned and nothing came back on rescan.just gotta work out why front wipers and washers not working.checked and changed fuse
