Fault code 17903 please help!!

Hi,
I have an Audi A3 1.9 tdi sport 2004 and would like someone to shed some light on fault 17903.
I have today changed the egr cooler, egr cooler control value and solenoid, as codes showed faults will all three, I deleted all faults and all cleared apart from this one 17903. I was on the understanding that this is the cooler control value??
All fuses have been checked too.
any advice would be greatly appreciated as I just want to get the engine management light off!!

Hi, smillie13.
Yes it's the correct code search online last night and found audi codes via German website and said cooler control value short or to close to ground don't really understand what that means but said to check control module and wiring.

The vag code is p1495, actually says switch over value for egr cooler (n345) open or short to ground not what I put just now.
