Exhaust Manifold keeps opening up!! :(

Hi guys, so i need to get myself a new exhaust manifold as it keeps seperating because its bent.
seems to happen when i give i the car alittle pressure and its now the 3rd time so i think i should replace it.

Would anyone know what would cause it to bend? (cars mapped to 240)

Iv found a second hand one on ebay for £90, but dont know if its a fair price.

Exhaust mani? Bent?
Please be more elaborate so we can help.
I dont see how a cast steel mani can bend at all.

Would the K03 fit on this ? i didnt think it would? needs a K04 and downpipe to match IMHO.

with the user name of mo_s3 i assume he has a s3 so if he did buy my old manifold it will fit a s3
