I have a Seat EXEO (which is basically a B7 with a different badge).

Turns out the EXEO has the same problem as the A4 with the battery box flooding which in turn floods the passenger footwell which in turn floods the CCM. I found this out the hard way when I started getting weird electrical gremlins.

I have since ripped the seats and carpets out fully, dried everything, tried to save the CCM, but failed so bought a used one off fleabay. Plugged this in and 90% of my problems have gone (not yet re-coded the key though). But the rear passenger doors are now not locking. Any suggestions ? Fuses all look ok, a relay maybe, they are down in that footwell area (albeit a little higher) but it was all very damp :(

TIA!

Check coding of the module incase anything adverse affecting rear doors.

There IS a coding option for non electric rear windows, but highly unlikely that's an issue or was an UK spec option.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a a connection/connector issue.

Had you removed anything in the doors or unplugged during your diagnosis ?

It was a uk spec option, but as it takes a minute to check, I wouldn't discount.

Could be corrosion on connector pins, when these modules become flooded, I remove each pin & dremel clean before testing.
