Its for quickly putting the car back to standard, you can remove the box and fit this on the end so you dont have to remove the whole loom.

Yes, its a blanking plug, so if you remove the DTUK box, and fit this, then it'll run standard performance.

if you are wanting to return it to stock for taking it into audi, then remove the entire loom.
