I thought it was stunning - band were on good form, choir was interesting, and the bbc coffers actually opened far enough to put on decent production. The only slight moan I'd have is that the sound engineer could've had the vox channels a little higher in the mix, it could have been worse I guess.
That's the second programme this year that's been worth the licence fee!
