Determining Option List from Car Reg

Is there a way to determine full option lists from a car reg ?, I'm looking for an S5 and largely non dealers dont know the spec of the cars

Is there a website you can punch in the reg or vin for the full list ?

Other issues are finding the VIN from the Reg ?

The only way I was able was to was to use My Audi app iirc,even Audi UK just fobbed me off telling me to use the app,I rang Maidstone Audi who were excellent in sorting my service book but boy are there sales team useless and just didn't send the details to me.
