B7 Decat or sports cat b7 rs4

Hi all

As a I've I'm looking to enhance my b7 a bit. What would people suggest. I'm happy to keep swapping decat at mot time if I need to. Decat a lot cheaper but not sure on noise etc. If you recommend sports cats. 100 or 200 cell?

Try the decat and see what is like, i have 200cell which is good enough for me.
