Going to install my cruise at the weekend, anyone know the size and particularly the length of the torx driver needed to remove the steering cowl ?
Any other tool advice appreciated !
Thanks

Removal of the lower cowling requires a T9 long-shafted (steady on..) screwdriver.

Other tools you'll need are:

T25 Screwdriver
T30 Screwdriver
10mm socket with ratchet
M12 Spline Tool with ratchet (think T55 also works)
Small flat headed screwdriver
Trim removal tools (or just be ****** careful)

Enjoy!

That's great thanks
Hope I can find a long shaft torx driver locally, mine are only the short bits on a driver, probably too thick to get access

I got one from Halfords but still had to trim the plastic/rubber back on the handle to make it long enough.
