I have a 2.0 TDI s-line saloon 140BHP.
It's developed a creaking/clicking noise on lock. Typically heard a low manoeuvring speeds such as parking and 3 point turns.
So far I've changed the full front steering control arm array, steering rack and engine mounts. Can't place where it's coming from at all and it's got me and my mechanic stumped.
My next route was brakes and intend to do all discs, calipers etc. but wanted to see if anyone else had come across similar and found and fixed the culprit?
Any suggestions at all would be appreciated as it's driving me up the wall.
Thanks
