Good afternoon,

When I purchased my A3 1.5 CoD TFSI BE from an Audi main dealer I managed to have the cost of the first service included in the deal.

It’s now due for that service; would you expect to pay nowt or alternatively still pay for oil, filters etc?

Thought I would seek a consensus of opinion before ringing the dealer to book it in.

TIA

"Cost of the full service" means just that. The cost of the service is free.

How was it written up? If it's states first service included, then jobs a goodun !

Depends... Are you in the UK?? I am in Switzerland and I have free servicing for 10yrs! Free, but I have to pay for the oil & any other parts that are used! Basically its just labor that is free! The last service was around 150pounds! Would have been 400 with labor!

That’s not too bad. Labour in some places is £100-150 per hour.
