Comfort Suspension - Drop

I have a 2016 2.0T Sline Quattro with the comfort dynamic suspension. It is comfortable but has always annoyed me how high it sits. Putting new wheels on shortly so decided to lower it too. What are the options? 30-40mm all around? Keep it on 18" wheels or go 19"? Which springs?

Apologies for the very open question but really unsure of the best option. Don't mind losing a lot of the comfort for it to look and handle better.

My wife knows small things about cars bit still hasn't noticed its mapped but would probably notice it lower lmao.

Also looking to do the same with my A4 Quattro at some stage. Probably going to go with Eibach lowering springs and swap out the bump stops at the same time.

I did the same on my previous car and it worked well!
