cleaning leather steering wheel

hi my mates A6 steering wheel is quite shiny and has a scratch on it as well will any leather cleaner conditioner work to restore it back to matt finish? something like Gliptone Liquid Leather Cleaner and Conditioner or is there any thing else he should consider

I used Gliptone Liquid Leather (cleaner and conditioner) on mine, and they worked a treat. I've not come across any product that compares with them.
