check fueling using vcds??

hi,
can you use vcds to check fueling, i think the car is running a bit rich.

if it can be done what would i look for?

You can check the fuel trims. Block 032. If you have a negative value in the vales fields then the ecu is subtracting fuel. Positive value means the ecu is adding fuel, possible vac leaks etc

or

Log the Lambda readings while doing a power run using block 031

Clearing the fault codes will reset the values shown in block 032 so note them down prior to any fault clearing.
