Changing lock set.

After having my s4 stolen and receive red last weekend I've sourced a 2nd hand lock set and I'm planning on fitting it all myself.

Anyone on here done it before and can offer me some tips or a guide on how to go about it, I've looked on elsawin but can't find what I'm after...

All done and dusted now, how Audi can warrant the charge of £450 for just labour is beyond me.

How long did you spend on it? Door / boot / ignition all done I'm guessing?

I did all locks (door,boot,ignition and glove box) in just under 2 hours. Cost all of £25 for a used lock set.
