Cabriolet rear window de-mister

Quite a few of the elements don’t work, but some do.
However not enough to de-mist the window properly.

I have been told I need a whole new outer hood with glass window at £750+vat!

There must be someone who can replace just the window?
Advice please.

Ideally find a used hood unit so I could possibly fit as I dont know of any glass replacement.
