Broken cable on window

Hi there, any one had a broken cable on the window mechanism, my A4 cab had the window drop earlier, luckily just in time for the snow. Stripped it and one cable is definitely broken. Where's the best place to find one and are they easy to fit.

I bought mine off amazon and it was a pig to fit as the sheaf the cable runs through was slightly longer so had trouble getting it all together . If i had of bought an oe one it would of been a hell of a lot easier.
